2000 square feet of climbing terrain in the form of 13 top-roping routes up to 40 feet in height. Has the widest range of very easy to extremely difficult in London (with Junction not yet open)and is excellent for everyone from first-time climbers to experts. One route is a vertical tube built into the wall with holds all around the inside, where you climb. It is easy enough for beginners but so unique that it will still intrigue more advanced climbers. Most routes have corners and edges that jut out of the wall, adding to the difficulty, and some easier routes have metal pails filled with candy at the top for children. An hour of climbing with staff to belay costs $15. Harnesses and well-maintained, lace-up climbing shoes are included in the costs. Friendly and a great, fun place to climb! |
